Over the years, he gained hands-on experience working across multiple well-known franchise brands, mastering every aspect of restaurant operations from kitchen efficiency to customer experience.

With over fifteen years of culinary experience, Chef Prakash Toraskar brings world-class expertise shaped by his tenure at some of India’s most distinguished luxury hotels, including The Shangri-La Mumbai, The Leela Kempinski, Hotel Sea Princess, and Marriott Goa. A graduate of the IIAS School of Hotel & Tourism Management in Goa, Chef Prakash has mastered both Indian and continental cuisines, merging timeless techniques with refined regional expression.
