We were their first customer this last Sunday on their grand opening. I had seen some Insta reels showing it off and we were in a mood to eat out and then we thought why not Mauli. This turned out to be an amazing decision. Their menu is very Maharastrian and I would have to visit them again, after our recent fabulous visit, to make sure I try some of other fav Maharastrian food too. The only disappointing fact was that those were amazing mocktails not cocktails. Things we had and loved - Kokam Serbet, Black currant Mocktail Shrimp Koliwada, Chicken Momo Keema Pav, Malvani Chicken Thali, Kombadi Wade Keema could have been a bit spicier for our liking to give the right Mumbai street vibe, but I suppose it was Americanized. One of the best Maharashtraian food I have ever had in the USA. Everything was absolutely delicious. Right from all the thalis to the dessert. I literally thought that I’m having food in Mumbai and not in the USA. I’ll definitely be coming back to this place and also bring my friends with me.

Excellent Maharashtrian-style meal! The chicken curry was rich and flavorful, the bhakri perfectly soft, and the rice cooked just right. Each dish reflected authentic home-style cooking with balanced spices and fresh ingredients. A truly satisfying and traditional Maharashtrian experience — highly recommended! Everything was a 10/10! Every single dish was packed with flavor. Beautiful interior, fantastic service and delicious food. Must visit if you’re looking for amazing food. Their mocktails are so good, bring a bottle and prepare to enjoy one of the best meals of your life!

You have never had Indian food like this ! You have never had Indian food this good ! You have never had Indian food as amazing as Mauli ! What a gem of a restaurant for Indian food lovers! Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done. They have Maharashtrian entrees and also traditional North Indian and Indochinese offerings (and Vegetarian) to cater to different tastes. And OMG we loved having so many options on the menu to choose from! We started with Dal Soup, with the perfect amount of cumin and fresh herbs. We followed with Vegetable Momos, perfectly done, and served with a wonderful chili chutney. We then had a delicious Curry Shrimp and one of the best Chicken Tikka Masala's we have ever had. We also ordered Garlic Naan, light with just the right amount of garlic. We added Malai Broccoli and we are so happy we did. It's char-grilled (Yes!) broccoli with cream and cheese delicately added for a creamy smoky taste. If you don't order ANYTHING else (Which is impossible!) order the Malai Broccoli! The service was great--friendly, attentive and helpful with lots of smiles. They also have Mocktails (the pina colada was great!) which are fun! The restaurant has beautiful murals, comfortable chairs and a casual, laid back vibe, oh but the food . . . Five Star !!! This is a destination restaurant. Not visible from Route 27, it is tucked in the back of the shopping center, on the corner of Veronica Avenue. OH SO AMAZING !!!!!

Authentic Maharashtrian flavors right here in New Jersey! Recently visited EatMowli, and I must say—it’s a hidden gem for anyone craving real Maharashtrian cuisine. From the misal pav bursting with spice to the perfectly soft puran poli and refreshing kokum sharbat, every dish felt like a taste of home. The ambiance is cozy with a modern touch, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Loved how they’ve brought the essence of Maharashtra in both the food and decor. Definitely recommend trying their thali for a full experience! Perfect spot for family dinners or weekend brunches—will surely be coming back soon! 🙌

In the morning I saw a video on social media that a new Maharashtrian restaurant was opening today, Oct 26th. It called for a one hour trek to taste the food and I can honestly say it was worth it. The exterior of the restaurant inside a strip mall belies the tastfully decorated interior. From the wait staff taking the orders and conversing with us in Marathi to the finger licking good tasty food, the entire experience was superlative. In addition to Maharashtrian food they also have North Indian and Indo-chinese to cater to different tastes and from all the dishes we sampled I have no doubt everything will be just as tasty.

Absolutely delicious! From the moment we walked in, the aroma had us excited, and the food did not disappoint. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. We tried egg biryani, chicken soup and Szechuan chicken fried rice and each one was a standout. The food was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance made the whole experience even better.
