With over fifteen years of culinary experience, Chef Prakash Toraskar brings world-class expertise shaped by his tenure at some of India’s most distinguished luxury hotels, including The Shangri-La Mumbai, The Leela Kempinski, Hotel Sea Princess, and Marriott Goa. A graduate of the IIAS School of Hotel & Tourism Management in Goa, Chef Prakash has mastered both Indian and continental cuisines, merging timeless techniques with refined regional expression.Before leading the kitchen at Mauli, Chef Prakash helmed operations at Nirvanis Indian Kitchen in New Jersey and worked aboard international luxury cruise lines, gaining global perspective and precision in execution. At Mauli, he oversees every aspect of culinary production — from ingredient sourcing and kitchen management to plating and presentation — maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and creativity.Chef Prakash also plays a key role in menu innovation and culinary direction across Mauli , thoughtfully curating dishes that celebrate authentic Indian flavors with modern sophistication.
